WHOLE-WHEAT SPAGHETTI WITH DILL AND SALMON

Ingredients

1 pack of Arbella Plus Whole-Wheat Spaghetti

200 g (approx. 2 fillets) smoked salmon, cooked

1/8 cup finely chopped dill

1 lemon

3 tbsp capers

1 clove garlic (crushed)

4 tbsp olive oil

Salt

Ground black pepper

Directions

In a large pot of salted water, boil pasta according to package instructions and drain. Add salt, black pepper, garlic, capers, dill, lemon juice and lemon zest and mix. Lastly, add cooked salmon and mix together. Garnish with dill leaves and lemon peel and serve. Bon appétit!
