AEGEAN PASTA SALAD WITH WALNUTS

Ingredients

1 pack of Arbella Plus Whole-Wheat Fusilli

100 g (3/4 cup) chopped walnut

120 g (1 1/4 cup) white cheese

½ red onion

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 clove garlic (crushed)

3 tbsp olive oil

Salt

Ground black pepper

Directions

In a large pot of salted water, boil pasta according to package instructions and drain. Mix with 2 tbsp of olive oil and set aside to cool.

Heat 1tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped walnut, adding vinegar, balsamic vinegar, finely chopped onion, garlic, salt and black pepper to the walnut. Mix with pasta and decorate with diced white cheese and uncooked walnut. Serve. Bon appétit!
